Terms and Conditions

BY PURCHASING ANY OF MARIO J PILLET's PRODUCTS YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

  • The purchase of a Mario J Pillet's product grants you a nonexclusive right to use and modify a product for one project (one website) only.

  • Intellectual ownership of all purchased products belongs to Mario J Pillet and you cannot claim it in any way.

  • You cannot redistribute, sublicense or resale a purchased product without written authorization of Mario J Pillet.

  • Mario J Pillet does not warrant that the functions contained in any purchased product or the Internet website and e-commerce shopping carts will meet your requirements or that the operation of any purchased product will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product website and e-commerce shopping cart is with you. In no event will Mario J Pillet be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these products websites or e-commerce shopping carts, even if Mario J Pillet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  • All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

  • Governments may enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet electronic commerce. You agree that the you are solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Mario J Pillet and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from your exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

  • Mario J Pillet does not accept refunds or money back claims because there is no way to protect our products from unlimited copying and distribution.

  • Mario J Pillet reserves the right to change or modify these terms without prior notice.

    • This agreement constitutes the sole agreement between Mario J Pillet and you regarding your purchased product.

  • We do not provide an immediate download for eCheck payments.
  • If you choose to pay by eCheck there may be a wait period of 4 business days until your funds have cleared into our account.
